Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead a Taco Bell unit in Ridgeland, MS. You will supervise daily operations, ensuring cleanliness, hospitality, product quality, and fast service while training staff and modeling strong leadership.

You will manage costs, staffing, hiring and evaluations, and ensure compliance with safety and employment laws, driving guest satisfaction and effective cash handling when needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Control costs (food, labor, cash, and expenses) per guidelines and budgeted levels.
• Drive sales growth by improving 5 Bells, CORE, speed of service, and food quality.
• Maintain staffing levels for all shifts and scheduling requirements.
• Conduct crew, shift manager, and assistant GM performance appraisals.
• Hire and train new crew, shift leaders, and AGMs; coach and develop staff to certify.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and comply with sanitation regulations.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Ensure a safe environment for employees and guests; coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Provide timely feedback to area coach on operating results; manage turnover.
• Prepare food as needed and handle cash register duties when required.
