Job summary

Bulldog Restaurants, LLC, a Burger King franchisee, seeks a Restaurant Maintenance Technician to service equipment and facilities across locations. You will keep broilers, fryers, refrigeration, and ice machines operational while coordinating with GMs on priorities.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years hands-on maintenance, knowledge of electrical/plumbing/mechanical systems, and a willingness for early hours; HVAC/refrigeration/EPA certs are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience; restaurant or commercial setting preferred.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and mechanical troubleshooting.
• QSR experience a plus; HVAC, refrigeration, or EPA certification preferred.
• Strong sense of urgency and accountability; ability to work independently and communicate with non-technical teams.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be available for early morning or off-hours maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair core kitchen equipment including broilers, fryers, refrigeration, and ice machines.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and minor plumbing issues.
• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance routines.
• Maintain service logs and coordinate with vendors for major repairs; ensure lighting, HVAC, and dining areas are functional.
• Support inspection readiness for health, safety, and brand standards.
• Communicate clearly with General Managers on equipment status and priorities.
