Job summary

Burger King is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep restaurant equipment, building, and operations running smoothly, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for guests and crew.

You’ll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on fryers, grills, HVAC, refrigeration, and more, troubleshoot plumbing and electrical issues, and maintain logs to keep upkeep on schedule across locations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of facility or equipment maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read equipment manuals and follow technical instructions.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on restaurant equipment (fryers, grills, HVAC, refrigeration).
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from restaurant leadership.
• Maintain tools, supplies, and accurate maintenance logs.
• Support multiple locations and assist with remodels or equipment installations.
