Job summary

Burger King is seeking a Facility Maintenance professional to perform general repairs and preventative maintenance across multiple locations. You will inspect sites for safety hazards, handle plumbing and electrical tasks, and repair drywall, flooring, and tile to ensure a premium guest experience.

You will also install and troubleshoot fixtures, keep a clean work area, and ensure all work complies with local codes. Strong tool skills and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in commercial maintenance or a specialized trade (plumbing, carpentry, or electrical).
• Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals to troubleshoot restaurant layouts.
• Must possess a comprehensive personal toolset and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with restaurant managers and minimize disruption to food service.

Responsibilities

• Execute general repairs and preventative maintenance across multiple Burger King locations.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve safety hazards or equipment failures.
• Perform intermediate-level plumbing and electrical repairs, including lighting fixtures and kitchen hardware.
• Repair or replace damaged drywall, flooring, and tile to maintain premium guest experiences.
• Install, troubleshoot, and swap out restaurant fixtures and non-HVAC appliances.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure repairs comply with local building codes.
