Cook Out Restaurants is seeking a skilled Restaurant Maintenance Technician to service HVAC and refrigeration systems across locations. You will manage walk-in coolers/freezers, ice machines, and shake machines while being cross-trained on hot-side kitchen equipment.

The role offers sign-on bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for overtime and weekend bonuses. A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of refrigeration experience.
• Must possess own tools/instruments for refrigeration work.
• Weekdays and every other weekend availability; on-call required.
• Valid driver's license with 3+ years of driving history.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsabilidades

• Repair and maintain HVAC and refrigeration equipment (walk-in coolers/freezers, ice machines, chillers).
• Maintain hot side kitchen equipment as part of cross-training.
• Inspect facilities, identify repairs, and perform self-initiated maintenance.
• Utilize company tablet to track requests and document completions.
• Collaborate with Service Area Managers, office staff, and store leadership.
