Job summary

Cook Out Restaurants is seeking a skilled Restaurant Maintenance Technician to service HVAC and refrigeration systems across multiple locations. You will manage ice machines, shake machines, coolers/freezers, and modular equipment while cross-training on hot-side kitchen gear.

The role offers sign-on bonuses, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401k matching, and company van use. Weekend/on-call shifts and daily meals are included as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of refrigeration experience.
• Own tools required for refrigeration work.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record for 3+ years.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain HVAC and refrigeration equipment across multiple locations.
• Inspect and service walk-in coolers/freezers, ice machines, shake machines, and reach-in units.
• Collaborate with service area managers, office staff, and store leadership.
• Utilize a company tablet to manage requests and document completions.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in stores and facilities.
