Cook Out Restaurants is seeking an experienced Restaurant Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team, focusing on HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment. You will service multiple locations, keep shake machines, walk-ins, ice machines, and modular equipment running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of refrigeration experience.
• Own tools/instruments required for refrigeration work.
• Valid driver’s license (3+ years) with clean record.
• Ability to work weekdays and every other weekend; on-call as needed.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain HVAC, walk-in coolers/freezers, ice machines, shake machines, and reach-in units.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and modular equipment; assist hot side maintenance.
• Regularly inspect facilities and systems; perform self-identified repairs to keep stores in top shape.
• Use company tablet to track requests and document completions.
• Coordinate with Service Area Managers, office staff, and store leadership.
