Job summary

Cook Out Restaurants seeks a skilled Restaurant Maintenance Technician to service multiple locations, focusing on HVAC, refrigeration, and hot-side kitchen equipment. You will manage walk-in coolers, ice machines, shake machines, and related systems while recording work orders on a company tablet.

The role offers sign-on bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and a company van. Weekend on-call flexibility and driving responsibilities are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience with refrigeration (coolers and freezers).
• Must possess your own tools/instruments required for refrigeration work.

Responsibilities

• HVAC & Refrigeration: Repair and maintain AC units, walk-in coolers/freezers, modular equipment, ice machines, shake machines, and reach-in units.
• Hot Side Maintenance: Learn to repair and maintain specialized kitchen cooking equipment.
• Facility Care: Regularly inspect grounds, buildings, and systems; perform self-identified repairs to keep stores in top shape.
• Tech-Forward Tracking: Utilize a company tablet to manage requests and document completions in a timely manner.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Service Area Managers (S.A.M.), office staff, and store leadership.
