Job summary

Cook Out Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Maintenance Technician to service multiple locations with a focus on HVAC and refrigeration systems, walk-ins, ice machines, and kitchen equipment. You will be part of our maintenance team, ensuring safe, clean, high-performing stores.

Requirements include at least 2 years of refrigeration experience, own tools, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to be on-call and work weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of refrigeration experience.
• Must possess own tools required for refrigeration work.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems including walk-in coolers/freezers and ice machines.
• Maintain hot-side kitchen equipment training for cross-functional tasks.
• Inspect facilities and perform self-identified repairs to keep stores in top condition.
• Use company tablet to track requests and document completions.
• Collaborate with Service Area Managers, office staff, and store leadership.
