Charter Foods, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Maintenance Technician to perform year-round preventive maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment and HVAC/R in our Taco Bell restaurants. Join a growing company with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualified candidates have HVAC/R and kitchen equipment experience, with a technical school degree preferred; must be able to lift 50 lbs and work with basic computer tools. No relocation required; position is on-site.

Qualifications

• Entry-level to 3 years of experience in facility maintenance.
• Technical school graduate or degree preferred.
• HVAC/R, kitchen equipment, ice machines, and basic maintenance skills required.
• Experience with commercial and light commercial refrigeration systems.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment and HVAC/R in restaurants.
• Troubleshoot and service ice machines and walk-in coolers/freezers.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of maintenance areas.

Requirements

• Experience: Entry Level 3 years
• Minimum Education: Technical School Graduate or Degree
• HVAC/R, Kitchen Equipment, Ice Machines, and Basic Maintenance Skills, Basic computer skills
