Job summary

Charter Foods, Inc. is seeking an experienced Facility Maintenance Technician to perform year-round preventative maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment and HVAC/R in our Taco Bell restaurants.

This role requires 3 years of experience at most or entry level with technical schooling; you will handle maintenance tasks, safety compliance, and reliability improvements across locations. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• HVAC/R, kitchen equipment, ice machines, and basic maintenance skills required.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and climb ladders.
• Technical school or college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform year-round preventative maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment and HVAC/R in our restaurants.
• Support general maintenance tasks and safety compliance across locations.
• Assist with equipment upkeep to ensure reliability and reduce downtime.
