Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in a fast-paced retail restaurant environment. The role focuses on leading the restaurant team, delivering exceptional customer service, and coordinating with the Restaurant Leader on daily operations.

You will help ensure food quality, manage store reports, and maintain compliance with health and safety standards. We offer full-time hours, growth opportunities, and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Restaurant Leader, for all restaurant employees.
• Ability to oversee the restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department standards.
• Strong focus on proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
• Experience using P&L and store reports to drive change.
• Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a High School diploma or GED; one year of Restaurant Management experience acceptable.
• Ability to multi-task, stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all staff.
• Ensure restaurant condition complies with policies and health department standards.
• Guarantee proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness across all offerings.
• Utilize P&L and store reports to inform operational changes and improvements.
• Read and interpret operating manuals and procedures to maintain assets.
• Leverage basic computer tools (MS Word/Excel) for reporting.
