Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team in a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on supervising staff, coordinating training, and ensuring impeccable service across shifts.

You will help manage operations, monitor health and safety standards, and drive continuous improvement using performance metrics. A strong background in hospitality and people management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Restaurant Leader, for all restaurant employees.
• Ability to oversee the restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards.
• Strong focus on food presentation, freshness, and using P&L/store reports to drive changes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and lead the team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies and health regulations.
