Qualifications

• Familiarity with P&L and store reporting to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and staff leadership with the Restaurant Leader.
• Ensure compliance with health department standards and company policies.
• Monitor food preparation, presentation, and freshness; manage daily operations.
