7-Eleven is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead and develop the restaurant team in our fast-paced environment. You will supervise staff, ensure high levels of customer service, and uphold health and safety standards while driving store performance.

The role emphasizes mentoring, talent development, and promoting from within, with a focus on operational excellence and a positive guest experience across shifts.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees.
• Desire to maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants and developing leaders.
• Oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards.
• Oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to drive changes.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required with at least one year of restaurant management experience.
• Ability to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.
