Qualifications

• Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership alongside the Restaurant Leader.
• Ability to oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance with Health Department Standards.
• Experience using P&L and store reports to drive change.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
