Qualifications

• Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching.
• Read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department standards.
• Lead customer service initiatives and coach restaurant staff alongside the Restaurant Leader.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive store performance and improvements.
• Ability to multi-task and handle basic operations while ensuring food presentation and freshness.
