The role emphasizes merchandising, marketing execution, and financial oversight using P&L and reports to optimize store performance. Prior management experience is preferred; a high school diploma or GED is recommended, with promotion from

• Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching.
• Desire to maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
• Ability to oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance with Health Department Standards.
• Ability to oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required with at least 1 year of management experience.
• Ability to multi-task, bend, stand, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
