Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader Trainee to join our management team in Tennessee.

You will train under the Restaurant Leader, supervise daily restaurant operations, and coach team members to deliver outstanding customer service. This role focuses on maintaining high food quality, ensuring health department compliance, and using P&L and store reports to drive improvements and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; candidates with 1+ year restaurant management considered.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a focus on customer service.
• Proficient reading and interpretation of P&L and store reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations with the Restaurant Leader and coach team members.
• Uphold Health Department standards and company policies at all times.
• Use store reports to drive improvements in food quality, service, and efficiency.
