7-Eleven, Inc is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our Nashville store team. You will support the Restaurant Leader with coaching, training and daily operations to ensure exceptional customer service and standards are met.

The role emphasizes maintaining food quality, safety, and presentation while supervising staff and applying company policies. A positive, proactive leader will thrive in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader.
• Ability to oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance with policies, procedures and Health Department standards.
• Strong focus on food quality, presentation and freshness of products.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train restaurant team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure cleanliness, safety and compliance with policies.
• Analyze store reports and P&L data to drive positive changes and performance.
