Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Nashville, TN to lead daily restaurant operations, coach staff, and ensure exceptional customer service.

This role emphasizes promoting internal growth, managing people, controlling costs, and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards. The candidate will oversee merchandising, staff development, and adherence to company policies while using store analytics to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees.
• Desire to maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
• Oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and Health Department standards.
• Oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient computer knowledge (Word, Excel).
• A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates with restaurant management experience.
