7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager in Tennessee to join a dynamic leadership team. You will supervise daily operations, ensure top service, train staff, and assist the Restaurant Leader in delivering results.

The role requires a focus on food safety, policy compliance, and effective use of store metrics to improve performance, with full-time hours and growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a restaurant or retail setting preferred.
• Ability to supervise teams and coach staff toward goals.
• Familiarity with reading operating procedures and manuals.
• Basic Excel/Word skills for reporting and docs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance with policies and Health Department standards.
• Provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive improvements and changes.
• Read and interpret operating manuals and procedures; multitask effectively.
