Swensons Drive-Ins in Ohio is seeking energetic team members to join our growing restaurant family. You will prepare and cook menu items to Swensons recipes and standards while delivering friendly service to guests and teammates.

Training is provided in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for growth. Applicants must be at least 16 years old, have the right to work in the United States, and be available on weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (under 18 requires a work permit).
• Legal right to work in the United States and provide proof.
• Must be able to stand for up to ten hours and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available on weekends.
• Positive, energetic attitude with the ability to work on your feet.
• Exhibit good manners, personal hygiene and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and cooks menu items according to Swensons recipes, temp standards, and quality standards.
• Is punctual and flexible in maintaining hours of employment.
• Ensures that temperature, packaging, appearance, presentation, and service of all menu items meet operational standards.
• Responsible for quick service and friendly service to customers and internal team members at all times.
• Follows all Swensons safety standards at all times.
• Promotes and adheres to Swensons core values and mission statement at all times.
• Performs other job-related duties including cleaning tasks and cross training.
