Buffalo Wild Wings in Galesburg, IL is seeking an Assistant Manager to join the leadership team. You’ll support the General Manager and help run the playbook each shift, from floor to kitchen to bar, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of restaurant or retail management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety, responsible alcohol service, and team leadership.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Support and inspire Team Members to deliver top-tier service and unforgettable fan experiences.
• Assist in coaching, training, and developing the team to build an all-star lineup.
• Help execute daily operations with quality, speed, and accuracy across all areas.
• Step in where needed—front of house, back of house, bar, or takeout—to maintain momentum.
