Job summary

Taco Bell in Massachusetts is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the Restaurant General Manager in directing a Taco Bell restaurant toward operational excellence, training staff, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The AGM will lead by example, recruit and coach team members, manage labor and inventory, and ensure safety and quality standards while driving sales and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School diploma; University degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills are essential.
• Experience in fast-food or retail with P&L responsibility is expected.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are required.
• Ability to analyze performance data and implement improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead culture, coach managers and team members to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Manage labor, inventory, and safety to run a cash-efficient operation.
• Ensure execution of marketing programs and provide consistent customer service.
• Analyze sales and labor metrics and drive profitability and growth.
• Develop Annual Operating Plans in coordination with the restaurant leadership.
