Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Massachusetts. You will support the Restaurant General Manager, lead by example, train and coach the team, and ensure brand standards are upheld.

You’ll handle daily operations in the GM’s absence, drive profitability and maintain health, safety, and food quality standards. The role emphasizes teamwork, equity, inclusion, and belonging, with opportunities for recognition and growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management, cash control, inventory and labor management.
• Champion Taco Bell’s culture and values, promoting equity and belonging.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations in GM's absence and ensure brand standards.
• Coach, train and recognize team members to deliver great customer experiences.
• Oversee Shift Excellence and food safety standards; maintain MIC Success Routine.
• Participate in sourcing, interviewing and hiring to build a strong team.
• Support facility maintenance, health and safety compliance, and reporting.
