Qualifications

• 5+ years in restaurant or retail management with a strong track record in people management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for Team Members and Shift Leads.
• Develop and oversee training plans and coaching for managers and trainers.
• Strategically schedule staff and coach on CHAMPS standards for smooth operations.
• Analyze financial performance, manage budgets, and maximize profitability.
• Address conflicts promptly to maintain a positive work environment.
• Engage with customers to resolve issues and ensure a quality experience.
• Lead product rollout meetings and stay ahead of competitors and loyalty programs.
