Qualifications

• 5 years in restaurant or retail management with a strong track record in people management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and orient Team Members and Shift Leads.
• Develop and oversee training plans for Managers and Trainers.
• Recognize and reward top performers; foster equity and belonging.
• Address conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
• Engage with customers and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Schedule staff to optimize service and coach on CHAMPS standards.
• Analyze financials to maximize profitability without compromising service.
