Taco Bell in Massachusetts is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a fast-paced team and ensure exceptional hospitality and food quality.

You will recruit, train, schedule, and develop staff, manage the budget, and drive operational excellence while upholding brand standards. The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, strong leadership, and a passion for customer service, with a willingness to work a 50-hour week.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including P&L responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 80% of shift time.
• Competitive spirit and passion for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team delivering great food and friendly service.
• Find, hire and develop employees; conduct new hire orientation and execute training plans.
• Schedule, deploy the team, address performance issues, and resolve customer issues.
• Manage the restaurant budget and financial plans; uphold brand standards and profitability.
