Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead store operations, coach staff, and drive customer satisfaction. The role focuses on developing leaders and maintaining high standards for service, cleanliness, and compliance.

You will oversee merchandising programs and use store analytics to improve performance, while promoting from within and nurturing team growth. A strong communication mindset and multitasking ability are essential.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for restaurant staff.
• Focus on high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees.
• Oversee restaurant condition and compliance with policies, procedures, and Health Department standards.
• Oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive changes and improve performance.
• Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel.
• High School diploma or GED preferred (or 1+ year restaurant management).
• Multi-task, stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds when needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and coach team members; recruit and develop future leaders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health/safety standards.
• Plan and execute merchandising and marketing initiatives to drive sales.
• Review P&L and store reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
