Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead our store leadership team and drive exceptional customer service. You will train and coach staff, manage scheduling, and ensure daily operations meet brand standards.

You will oversee merchandising, use P&L and store reports to improve performance, and promote internal advancement. A high school diploma is preferred with supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to develop store staff.
• Proven customer-service leadership and high retention focus.

Responsibilities
