7-Eleven is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the restaurant management team, develop staff, and drive excellent customer service. This role emphasizes training, coaching, and promoting from within while maintaining store standards.

You will manage merchandising, marketing programs, and utilize store data to influence decisions. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with prior management experience in a restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; not required with 1+ year restaurant mgmt. experience.
• Ability to oversee customer service leadership, training and coaching for all restaurant staff.
• Ability to oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance with Health Department Standards.
