Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Restaurant Manager as part of our Leader Trainee program in the United States. You will oversee restaurant operations, lead a team, and ensure exceptional customer service while promoting internal growth through our promotion-from-within philosophy.

The role focuses on coaching, training, merchandising, and adherence to health and safety standards, with opportunities to develop leaders and advance within the organization.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred; one year of restaurant management experience is a plus.
• Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training and coaching for all restaurant employees.
• Oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies & Health Department Standards.
• Oversee merchandising and marketing programs and utilize store reports to drive improvements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and intrapersonal skills; proficient computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and staff performance.
• Lead hiring, training, and development of leaders within the restaurant.
• Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Execute merchandising and marketing programs to drive guest experience.
• Analyze P&L and store reports to identify opportunities and implement changes.
