7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager in Snyder, TX to support the Restaurant Leader with operations, training, and coaching of team members.

This role emphasizes customer service excellence, adherence to health and safety standards, and effective use of store reporting to drive improvements. Ideal candidates bring leadership experience, comfort with P&L tools, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Restaurant Leader, for all restaurant employees.
• Ability to oversee the restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards.
• Strength ensuring proper preparations, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
• Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel).
• A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates that have at least one year of Restaurant Management experience.
• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coach restaurant staff to deliver strong customer service and restaurant operations.
• Monitor restaurant condition and ensure compliance with policies and Health Department standards.
• Ensure proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness across all menu items.
• Analyze P&L and store reports to drive performance improvements.
• Read and follow operating and maintenance manuals and instructions.
• Maintain proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting and scheduling.
• Balance multi-tasking duties while handling physical tasks up to 50 pounds when needed.
