Job summary
7-Eleven is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our management team in Dallas. The role focuses on coaching staff, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations with adherence to health standards. You'll work closely with the Restaurant Leader to develop and execute training, scheduling, and daily oversight.

Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant management or supervision.
- Oversee customer service leadership and training with the Restaurant Leader.
- Ability to read and interpret operating procedures and manuals.
- Knowledge of P&L and store reports to drive changes.
- Multi-task in a fast-paced environment; lift up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and customer service.
- Train and coach staff alongside the Restaurant Leader.
- Ensure compliance with health department standards and company policies.
- Monitor food prep, presentation and freshness.
- Utilize store reports to drive improvements and efficiencies.
