Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but 1 year of restaurant management experience acceptable.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to supervise and coach staff and ensure compliance with Health Department Standards.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Able to read and interpret operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and lead the team.
