Job summary

Taziki's Café is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager in Holly Springs, NC to lead daily operations and drive cost-control initiatives. The role emphasizes staff leadership, training, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee shift operations, ensure food safety and quality, and work closely with the GM to meet business goals. The position requires 21+ and prior management experience, with a focus on fresh Mediterranean fare and community impact.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 1-3 years management experience.
• Prior knowledge of Profit and Loss statements preferred.
• Working knowledge of Google Suite and computer literacy.
• Strong work ethic and passion for fresh food.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review store's P&L, assist in scheduling, and follow GM's direction to reach cost goals.
• Master menu and product knowledge.
• Serve guests and make meaningful connections.
• Set the tone for the shift and give clear directions to staff.
• Supervise and mentor staff and manage quality crew development, motivation, training and evaluations.
• Support or work stations when needed (kitchen included).
• Assist GM in interviewing, onboarding, and training new employees.
• Follow proper cash handling and payment procedures.
• Maintain Health Department Standards throughout each shift.
• Follow Alcohol Handling policies and procedures.
• Proper food handling and storage of food products.
• Maintain proper hygiene, uniform, and appearance.
