Job summary

The Restaurant Leader at Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is responsible for strategic direction of their restaurant and must maintain operations standards to drive results through people development, sales and profit growth.

This role teaches, models and upholds Raising Cane's culture standards for crewmembers, customers and partners while delivering excellent customer service and managing daily restaurant activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profit growth while maintaining operations standards.
• Forecast and manage restaurant budgeting and financial performance.
• Hire, promote, and terminate management-level crewmembers.
• Create and manage work schedules and training plans.
• Develop management staff through performance coaching.
• Act as manager on duty; open/close restaurant and handle cash.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and manage shift execution.
