Job summary

The Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers® Restaurant Leader is responsible for the restaurant’s strategic direction, maintaining operations standards and driving results through people development, sales and profit growth. This role teaches, models and upholds the brand culture for crewmembers, customers and partners, while guiding daily execution, cash handling and compliance to company policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic direction and operations for the restaurant.
• Forecast and budget to ensure financial success.
• Hire and terminate management-level crewmembers and manage payroll.
• Create crewmember work and training schedules.
• Develop management-level crewmembers including performance management.
• Open and close the restaurant and manage cash handling.
• Monitor profit and loss statements and implement operational strategies.
