7-Eleven is seeking emerging leaders to join our In-Store Quick Serve Restaurant operations. You will guide daily fresh food service, ensure health standards, and drive a best-in-class customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will lead a team, manage inventory and vendor relations, analyze restaurant performance, and develop staff through hands-on coaching. This role offers growth within a dynamic convenience store environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of food service, QSR, or casual fast food leadership experience.
• Safely handle food and maintain local certifications.
• Strong leadership with a track record of developing teams and delivering customer service.
• Business mindset with ability to leverage restaurant reports to drive change.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to engage customers and coach employees.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems; able to stand and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily fresh food service operations, ensuring health, safety, and quality standards.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through food programs and merchandising.
• Own inventory management and vendor relationships for top-selling items.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team; create a recognition culture.
• Oversee food prep, quality standards, and equipment maintenance.
• Create schedules, provide coverage, and respond to safety/operational issues.
