Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily fresh food service operations ensuring health standards and safety regulations
• Drive sales growth by managing food programs, analyzing data, and controlling costs
• Own inventory management and vendor relationships with accurate order fulfillment
• Build and develop a top-performing team through recruiting, coaching, and recognition
• Oversee food preparation, quality standards, and equipment maintenance
• Create and manage work schedules and respond to safety incidents or operational challenges
