Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a store's restaurant team and drive customer service excellence. You will coach staff, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Strong leadership and merchandising skills, plus experience in using store reports to improve performance, are essential. A high school diploma or GED is preferred for candidates with restaurant management experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, with restaurant management experience.
• Experience in training, coaching and developing staff.
• Ability to oversee customer service leadership and store performance.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership, training and coaching for restaurant staff.
• Drive high retention by developing leaders and promoting from within.
• Ensure restaurant condition complies with policies and Health Department standards.
• Oversee merchandising and marketing programs.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive improvements.
• Communicate effectively with team and stakeholders.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting.
