Job summary

7-Eleven is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. The role focuses on overseeing daily restaurant operations, coaching staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.

You will work with the Restaurant Leader to maintain policy compliance, monitor food safety, and optimize store performance using P&L and store reports. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with at least one year in restaurant management encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; not required with 1+ year restaurant management experience.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions.
• Proficient computer knowledge (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations alongside the Restaurant Leader.
• Ensure health department standards and company policies are followed.
• Maintain food quality, freshness and presentation.
• Analyze store reports and P&L to drive changes.
