Job summary

Mo’ Bettahs is seeking a hands-on leader to drive daily brand execution across FOH and BOH, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to company standards. You will monitor line speed, help grow same-store sales, and serve as the primary customer service contact.

You will participate in weekly management meetings, help with scheduling and reporting, and uphold health, safety, and appearance standards. 18+ and prior restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the brand daily.
• Maintain FOH & BOH cleanliness.
• Drive Same Store Sales growth and monitor line speed.
• Serve as primary contact for customer service and reviews.
• Attend weekly meetings with GM and team.
• Assist with scheduling, reports, and inventory tasks.
• Ensure policy compliance and professional appearance.
