Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the Mo’ Bettahs brand daily across FOH & BOH.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant (FOH & BOH).
• Contribute to same-store sales growth and manage line speed using transaction times.
• Serve as primary contact for customer service and monitor customer reviews.
• Ensure quality food preparation follows Mo’ Bettahs standards.
• Attend weekly leadership meetings with GM and Trainers.
• Review and adjust weekly employee schedules.
• Assist GM with weekly reports, staffing, inventory, and related systems (e.g., Compeat).
• Uphold Mo’ Bettahs culture and company policies.
