Job summary

Mo’ Bettahs is seeking a hands-on leader to drive daily operations and guest experience in our Minnesota location. You will supervise front-of-house and back-of-house tasks, ensure cleanliness and quality, and support weekly reporting and staffing. A strong communicator with a reliable attendance record is essential.

Qualifications include 1–2 years in a restaurant setting and a high school diploma or GED. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and a high school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years restaurant experience with Mo’ Bettahs or similar concept.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily execution of brand standards and operations.
• Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house roles.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
• Drive store sales through exceptional guest experience.
• Review weekly staff schedules and assist in reporting.
• Attend meetings with the GM and team.
