Responsibilities

• Lead execution of brand daily across FOH & BOH.
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness in FOH & BOH.
• Drive Same Store Sales growth and manage line speed via transaction times.
• Serve as primary contact for customer service and reviews.
• Attend weekly meetings with GM and team.
• Assist with weekly scheduling and reports.
• Maintain adherence to health, safety, sanitation policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
