Job summary

Dunkin' Brands is seeking a Restaurant Manager to provide strong leadership and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. You will lead the restaurant team, drive training, and ensure brand standards, recipes, and systems are followed to deliver profitable top-line sales.

You will manage staffing, budgets, safety, and compliance while building a guest-focused culture and initiating continuous improvement based on feedback and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic math and financial management.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong, positive leadership to the team.
• Lead team meetings and deliver training to staff.
• Ensure brand standards, recipes and systems are executed.
• Create a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
• Review guest feedback and implement action plans.
• Communicate priorities, goals and results to the team.
• Coordinate product roll-outs, training, marketing and sampling.
• Maintain safe, compliant, sanitation and food safety practices.
• Control costs to maximize profitability.
• Oversee inventory, labor scheduling and vendor orders.
