Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• 1+ years’ experience as a General Manager in the Food or Hospitality industry with a track record of leading high-volume operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and mentor a diverse team.
• Ability to analyze financial data and manage costs to meet targets.
• Excellent guest-focused service mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

• Drive performance to meet or exceed your restaurant’s annual operating plan targets.
• Oversee purchasing, prep, and service to ensure high product standards and manage costs.
• Train and hold team members accountable for cash handling and security, and conduct performance appraisals.
