Hungry Pig Restaurant Operations dba Arby’s is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will recruit and develop a strong team, create weekly schedules, manage costs, and uphold Arby’s safety and quality standards.

As the GM, you’ll drive performance toward the Annual Operating Plan, maintain brand guidelines, and foster a positive, energetic culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years’ GM experience in food/hospitality with high-volume ops.
• Strong leadership and ability to inspire a diverse team.
• Ability to analyze financial data for informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and meticulous multi-tasker in fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of local health and safety regulations and compliance.
• Open availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and retain team members who serve others with energy.
• Create efficient weekly schedules balancing business needs and team well-being.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by coaching on quality, friendliness, cleanliness, accuracy, speed.

• Oversee purchasing, prep, and service to meet product standards and manage costs.
• Ensure equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance as scheduled.
